**If less than 8 teams entered, we will go straight to
the Relay final, and it will be the last event of the
evening. Timing of all other events will be brought
forward by 15 minutes.

Notes & Rules:
Each registered individual may run 1 event plus the
relay.
Entry is limited to individuals who have already run
at least 1 of the Meet & Train summer races.
Relay teams do not have to be comprised of runners
from the same league teams, but all members of the
team must be from the same Club.
Entry to Round 4 is included for those who paid the
Eu20 league fee. For all others the participation fee
is Eu7.
Please arrive early (from 6.30pm) to register for team
and individual events. Races will start promptly at
7.30pm.
