Caroline Pushed Hard in Lucan

A great race in Griffeen Park today, with Caroline Conway of Sportsworld just shaking off the challenge of Lucan's Freda Comiskey and Orla O'Flynn of Sportsworld in the final stages of the race.
Special thanks to the tea ladies who supplied us all with scones and cream after the race.

 A meeting to sort out a new look Summer league will take shortly. One proposal is to make all runs a standards 5km distance and to have a race a month in April, May, June and maybe July.  Also coming up is the 50th aniversary of the Clonliffe women's section, which would be worth including in the calendar. All ideas welcome!
