Last call for Sunday's second round of the Meet & Train Summer League which takes place in Griffeen Park, hosted by Lucan Harriers; start 11am. Reg is at the Lucan Harriers clubhouse at Esker; that's beside the runing track and opposite Superquinn. To get there, follow the signs for "Newcastle" off the motorway. Entry on the day costs €7, with the race start a 10-minute jog away, so leave plenty of time.
Our friend in Lucan will take entries on the day for the Tom Byrne Memorial 5k on Sunday June 13 (11am) - a lovely race on nice course.
Three days later (blame the jam-packed fixtures list), the final Summer League race takes place in the Phoenix Park (7.45pm), hosted by Donore Harriers. Reg is at
the Donore clubhouse in Chapelizod (opposite the "In" gate to the park) and again, leave plenty of time to get to the start.
