"Sorry for the late notice about the cancellation of the relays/fun run due to take place on Sunday Feb 27.
We will have a meeting in March to agree on dates for the summer league & give out the cross country prizes. We will hold off on presenting the new trophies until everybody is present on the start line of race one, summer league.
I will mail you all with the date for meeting as soon as it is agreed."
