Want to try orienteering? A short 1.5km course will be part of the activities at the Family Fitness Day in Farmleigh on July 4 (11am-3pm) and is suitable for groups and individuals of all ages.
The day starts with a Family Mile Challenge and includes a number of activities, some related to the Fourth of July. There is also a farmer's market and even better everything is free. Info at www.familyfitnessfestival.ie.
PS: Orienteering also at Griffeen Park on Sunday October 4, plus in the Swords area l from September 5 (Swords River Valley Spt 5, Newbridge House Sept 12, Ardgillan Sept 19 and Malahide Castle Sept 26). Apologies for going off topic on this blog, but a few of you were asking.

Sounds like it can be fun for the whole family. In my family we have small toddlers and then a gap of teens and older. It would be a fun way to include everyone for a family outing. Thanks for the great idea. Maybe next summer.
